Circuit Training: You’ll move from exercise to exercise in this class. Circuit allows you to work at your own pace and weights. Utilizing everything MOVE fitness has to offer from ropes and tires to kettle bells and medicine balls, this class is sure to be a favorite. 1 hour
Strength: Focusing strength, core strength, short distance speed and stamina, multi-module work, sprints, shuffles, crawls. Participants can expect a higher volume training while still improving strength and agility. 1 hour
Total Conditioning: Total Conditioning combines full-body functional resistance training with continuous cardio training. This is a fun and super energized hour that will push you to your limits and then take you beyond what you thought you were capable of! There is an inner athlete in us all…so bring it! 1 hour
Boot Camp: This class is designed around a military concept of working together as a team. Boot Camp will challenge your strength and cardio endurance by utilizing dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, calisthenics and cardio. This is a full body workout based around 360 degrees of movement. 1 hour
Heavy Bag Class: a unique and challenging cardio workout, extreme heavy bag classes. High paced and designed to provide an intense full body workout while teaching you the best sparring, boxing and kickboxing technique. 1 hour

Obstacle Race Training: Ideal preparation for Obstacle Race performance. Begin with a dynamic warm up of Body weight Movements and stretches you can replicate at the race. This class focuses on improving your Endurance, Mobility and over coming obstacles. Improve your grip, pulling ability, and overall strength in your legs and upper body. Get hands on experience and practice with Rope Climbs, Material Carries, traversing High Walls and Crawling, just as you would on encounter on competition day. 1 hour
